  • - 500 g of any meat or already ready forcemeat
  • - 100 ml of milk
  • - 3 eggs
  • - bunch of green onions
  • - onions head
  • - 2 pieces of white loaf
  • - salt

Instruction

1. First of all it is necessary to boil two eggs and to allow them to cool down. Pieces of white loaf are presoaked in milk. Meat is passed via the meat grinder, then once again we pass this forcemeat via the meat grinder, having added to it not wrung out soaked bread and the cleaned onions. If there is already ready forcemeat, then it is passed too via the meat grinder with addition of bread and onions. We add the egg which remained crude to forcemeat, we salt and properly we mix.

2. We shell the cooled-down boiled eggs and small we cut. We cut green onions and we mix with the crushed egg. On food wrap we spread evenly forcemeat layer about a centimeter thickness. On forcemeat it is accurately distributed yaichno - onions mix. It is necessary to leave about a centimeter of edge of forcemeat free. Then by means of food wrap we form roll.

3. We place roll in the form laid by parchment paper, accurately we remove a film. In a form to roll we flow about 50 ml of water. By a fork it is done several openings on roll. If necessary we oil it and we strew with crackers for a breading. We bake roll in warmed up to 180 - 200 With an oven of 30 minutes till golden color.
