It is required to you

  • - 1 glass of wheat flour;
  • - 1 glass of rye flour;
  • - 1 glass of chick-pea;
  • - 2 bulbs;
  • - 150 ml of water;
  • - 100 ml of vegetable oil;
  • - 5 garlic gloves;
  • - black pepper, salt, mixed vegetables for ornament.

Instruction

1. Wet chick-pea for the night in water. Then boil it until ready - it is possible on a plate or in the pressure cooker if that is available in kitchen.

2. Peel onions and garlic. Cut onions with half rings, and garlic thin segments. Lay out in a frying pan with the heated vegetable oil, pepper to taste. Fry before emergence of golden color.

3. Knead dough from wheat and rye flour with addition of water and oil. Salt dough, knead manually - it shouldn't stick to hands. Dough will turn out brilliant.
