Seafood not for nothing is so highly appreciated for their saturated taste, huge content of substances, useful to an organism, and nutritiousness. They can be connected to the most various ingredients and to safely enjoy the dish received as a result of this combination.

It is required to you

  • - 420 g of squids;
  • - 310 g of mussels;
  • - 210 g of red onions;
  • - 4 eggs;
  • - 325 g of green apples;
  • - 280 g of oranges;
  • - 210 g of corn tinned;
  • - salt;
  • - 58 ml of mayonnaise;
  • - greens of salad and parsley.

Instruction

1. Squids to boil in boiled water within 5 minutes, then to get from a pan, to allow them to cool down. Then to clean them and to cut on thin strips. Defreeze and boil mussels within about 8 minutes.

2. Weld, cool, clean eggs from a shell and crush. Apples carefully to wash up, scrape seeds and a peel, to cut with small pieces.

3. From orange to remove a peel, to divide it into segments and to cut each of them on several parts. Clean, wash out, cut onions with thin ringlets.

4. From banks with tinned corn to pour out liquid. Lay out in a deep salad bowl squids, mussels, onions, apple, orange, corn.

5. Carefully to mix everything, to salt, add mayonnaise. Then on a big flat dish to put the washed-up whole lettuce leaves, to shift ready mix to them and to decorate it from above with boiled eggs and greens of parsley.
