The refreshing drink from watermelon
Ingredients:
- a glass of the frozen watermelon pulp;
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice;
- mineral water;
- leaflets of mint or melissa.
Preparation:
- To peel pulp of watermelon from stones, to cut small pieces, to freeze, later to crush in the blender, to add lemon juice and to shake up 1-2 more minutes.
- Lay out water-melon puree in tall glasses, filling them half, add glasses with the cooled mineral water, to mix, decorate accurately with leaflets of mint and give.
Sorbet from fruit
Ingredients:
- 1 glass of berries of raspberry;
- 500 g of pulp of watermelon;
- juice of 1 lime;
- 2-3 tablespoons of a peppermint-flavored liqueur;
- honey - to taste.
Preparation:
- Wash out, dry, wipe raspberry through a sieve. To peel pulp of watermelon from stones, to crush in the blender.
- Mix water-melon puree and the wiped berries, add lime juice, honey and liqueur to taste, it is good to mix, lay out in a container and to remove in the freezer for 3-4 hours.
- During freezing to take out sorbet each 30 minutes and to shake up carefully. After the last beating to spread out sorbet in small glasses and to freeze.
Watermelon on a grill
Ingredients:
- 600 g of pulp of watermelon;
- 4 tablespoons of apricot confiture;
- 1 tablespoons of a soy-bean sauce;
- 1/2 tsps of spicy ketchup;
- 2 tablespoons of sugar.
Preparation:
- In a stewpan to lay out apricot confiture, to warm up. Add a soy-bean sauce, ketchup, sugar and 3 tablespoons of water. Cook, stirring slowly, on weak fire 2-3 minutes that glaze slightly thickened.
- To cut pulp of watermelon segments, to grease with the prepared glaze.
- Lay out watermelon pieces on the oiled gridiron and fry 2-3 minutes from each party, from time to time greasing with glaze.
