Recipe of classical tartare sauce

For preparation in house conditions of classical tartare sauce it will be required: - 2 boiled yolks;

- 1 crude yolk; - 120 ml of olive oil;

- 100 g of green onions; - 1 garlic glove; - 1 pickle; - 1 tablespoons of olives; - lemon juice ½; - sprinkling pepper; - salt.

Knead boiled yolks and mix with a crude yolk. Add a black sprinkling pepper, salt and fresh lemon juice. Properly connect all components and, continuously stirring slowly, pour a thin stream in olive oil. On the consistence the cooked sauce has to resemble dense mayonnaise. For it it is necessary to take: - 2 boiled yolks; - 1 crude yolk; - 2/3 glasses of olive oil; - 2 tablespoons of sour cream; - 2 tablespoons of a capers; - 1 tablespoons of mustard; - 2 tablespoons of the crushed cucumber pickles; - 1 tablespoons of lemon juice; - 1 tsps of greens of fennel; - sprinkling pepper; - salt.

Wipe boiled yolks on a grater, add to them a crude yolk and properly mix. Add mustard (better to choose Dijon) and lemon juice (if desired it can be replaced with white wine vinegar). Stir everything and, shaking up the turned-out weight a nimbus, pour a thin stream in olive oil. Fill sauce I will merge also pepper, add sour cream, the crushed pickles, small chopped greens of fennel and capers cut with small pieces. Properly mix all components.

The recipe of home-made tartare sauce on mayonnaise

Make tartare sauce home-style very easily. For it it is required: - ½ glasses of mayonnaise; - 1 pickle; - 1 bunch of fennel. Grate pickle on a small grater. Carefully wash up fennel, dry and crush a knife. Connect a cucumber to fennel and properly mix with mayonnaise.

The recipe of tartare sauce with ham

To make tartare sauce with ham, it is necessary to take the following products: - 1 tablespoons of grated horse-radish; - 1 tablespoons of small cut ham; - 1 tablespoons of olives; - 1 tablespoons of a grated cucumber; - 1 tablespoons of sour cream; - 1 tablespoons of mayonnaise; - ground black pepper; - salt. Connect small cut ham, a cucumber and olives to grated horse-radish, add sour cream and mayonnaise. For receiving sauce of more gentle consistence crush all weight in the blender to a pyureobrazny state. Then add salt and a sprinkling pepper to taste. Well mix everything.
