The trance can be daily – when you fall in a reverie or memoirs, having released from reality; when you automatically do something habitual; when you get under action the monotonian Period – for example, a measured rumble of the motor and rhythmical rocking during the trip.

– all this signs of a trance which disconnects you for a while and allows your nervous system to have a rest and recover from overstrain consequences. If recently you are tired especially strongly, and pressure of stresses and overloads becomes excessive, your mentality will be disconnected at each opportunity.

Deeper trance is reached intentionally if you or someone another causes a condition of absolute rest and immovability. It can occur at immersion in hypnosis or a deep relaxation during which movements and the speech slow down or stop absolutely, consciousness blurs, thoughts become incoherent and silly. So occurs because work of our mind slows down, and more creative, but less rational part of a brain wakens.

Whatever the trance – easy was or deep – it can be easily interrupted. Some thought which will excite you and will force to gather, an external irritant – a sound, light or touch and also any your action which will be insufficiently smooth and slow will pull out you from the weakened and quiet state and will return to reality. A sudden exit from a trance can sometimes be followed by strong physiological reaction – the person shudders, his heart fights quickly and strongly, breath gets off. But usually return to reality happens quietly and exactly.

How does the trance influence a physical and emotional condition of the person?

The trance is salutary for our mentality and reason. Even the dream does not give such recovery effect as the minutes spent in a trance. Do not abuse yourself when from time to time you become inattentive, absent-minded or you fall into somnolence. When you distract, mentally are absent in a conversation, pass the stops because thought. Just your organism demands rest. So if the trance happens often – it means that you just were tired.

Be engaged in a relaxation, allocate a little time for what is pleasant to you – at least 15-30 minutes a day. Stop thinking about affairs, get up and approach a window. And it is even better – walk down the street.

Give necessary rest to the nervous system and a brain. Your mind will become clearer and deep, you will feel more inspiration and will gain strength, quicker and easier solve the problems. The trance will save you from failures and will allow to remain effective.
