Antioxidants are subdivided into enzymes and vitamins. The first will transform active oxygen to hydrogen peroxide, the second are engaged in elimination of negative free radicals. These substances are presented by vitamins C, P, A, E, K, bioflavonoids and various minerals (zinc, manganese, copper and iron). Using the food containing these elements of people in the natural way restores amount of antioxidants in an organism. A large number them is concentrated in bark and a peel of plants, in their stones. Bioflavonoids contain in the fruit and vegetables having bright is more often dark, coloring and also in green tea.
