The main products during drying - chicken breast, fish, eggs, skim cheese, grain. For the best digestion cereals, vegetables and cellulose are used. During this period the athletes don't do also without special additives - the protein and amino acids because it is almost impossible to receive all necessary amount of proteins from food. Also when drying it is impossible to use the saturated fats which are contained in the refined oil, margarine, fat dairy products. However nonsaturated fats play the important role for health of the organism. They are in red fish, nuts, olive oil.

Trainings on drying

If, working on increase in weight, athletes use low-repeated sets with big scales, then during the work on the relief preference is given to average and small scales, and the number of repetitions, on the contrary, increases. The training turns into the peculiar power cardioloading. Pulse has to be rather high - 60-70% of maximum.
