How to develop balance

For development of balance it is necessary to carry out the set of exercises, to be engaged in sports and outdoor games. Time allowed for these occupations has to be 90 minutes 3-4 times a week.

Instruction

1. Get up, feet arrange on one line (right before left), arms on hips. Stand 20 seconds. Then perform this exercise blindly.

2. Legs together, arms on hips. Rise on toes, stand 15 seconds.

3. Heels and socks together. Arms on hips. Eyes are closed – stand 20 seconds.

4. Arms on hips. Rise on the sock of the right leg, bend the left leg and lift forward. Stand 15 seconds.

5. In the toe stand (legs together) execute five trunk bendings to horizontal position forward. Carry out 1 bending within 1 second.

6. In the toe stand (legs together) incline the head to the limit back. Stand 15 seconds.

7. Standing on the sock of the right leg, arms on hips. Execute 6 swing movements by the left leg forward and back (with the full range of motion).

8. Standing on tiptoe, execute 10 fast ducking back.

9. Rise on the sock of the right leg, left bend and lift forward. Incline the head to the limit back and close eyes – stand 5 seconds.

10. One outstretched arm you make smooth free spins before the breast, the second at the same time outline the isosceles triangle.

11. Sit down. Hands at the level of the breast are bent in elbows by palms from top to bottom. One hand you make spins in the elbow joint clockwise, the second – against.

12. Get up, the hand extended forward spin clockwise, at the same time the brush of this hand outline circles counterclockwise. Perform exercise correctly, without breakthroughs. At the same time don't bend the hand in the elbow joint.

13. The fine development tool of balance is also gymnastic activity on such apparatuses as the horizontal bar, bars, jumps through the horse or the buck, driving by bicycle, throwing of the tennis ball, the grenade, snowballs, objects in the purpose.
