Bodybuilding – difficult science which can't be limited to thoughtless eating of everything and the superstrengthened trainings. One more aspect concerns competent drying of muscles. It is very important as not to do without it by preparation for competitions.

Instruction

1. Reduce amount of carbohydrates in the daily diet. From unlimited consumption of pasta, rice or potatoes fat on the body will be formed. The reason – such type of carbohydrates is acquired slowly and gradually passes into the unnecessary layer. In the majority of such products though there is no fat, but their excessive use conducts to the glycogen surplus. From here and problems with excess weight.

2. Forget about greasy food and confectionery! You don't keep to the interseasonal diet all the year round. Of course, there are cases when it is necessary to eat in an unhealthy way on the weekend or the other day the births. But don't afford it more, than once a week!

3. Eat only healthy food. Treat such products: cottage cheese, fish, fillet from chicken, rice, etc. Of course, all this can quickly bother. Therefore make of them new recipes and dishes. Experiment and always try to do something new of these products. Use also spices and seasonings. Doing all this thus, you won't remember greasy or sweet food.

4. Include cardioloading in the training process. Especially it is useful to dehumidification of legs. If you need really to dry muscles, perform exercises from aerobics 2 times a day: in the morning on an empty stomach and before going to bed. Long before the competitions to you will be to twist enough exercise bike pedals 1.5 hours a week. Increase the number of these trainings at the exit to the competitive period.

5. Train with iron strongly. Many make the mistake, lifting easy workers of weight at the training and carrying out the set of repetitions. It can't be done at all! Continue to be engaged with near maximum scales, observing the proper technique.

6. You enter the results in the training dairy. Write down amount of the eaten food and exercise which you performed at the training. All this will help to make the fast analysis and adjustment if you don't achieve the goal of drying of muscles.
