1. Don't stuff yourself the head with excess thoughts like "where to find money for occupations", "kind of to find free time on visit of the gym" or "and whether local frequenters will laugh over me". You drive these thoughts away. It is worth reflecting only over what type of trainings will suit you. Though you can also address the instructor for recommendations.

2. Be not engaged in search of the company. Perhaps, and will spend more cheerfully time in the gym, but you need to train, but not to stir with the girlfriend.

3. You almost morally prepared yourself for the first visit of the gym hall and the beginning of regular trainings. In the morning before going for work, put to yourself in the handbag sportswear, sneakers. Don't think then what they do at you in the bag.
