Amazona are not less capable, but they enjoy smaller popularity because of excessive reticence and gravity. Popular budgerigars do not differ in special abilities in respect of training of the human speech, remember up to 20 words and say them quite seldom. Training – success secrets
The ideal age for training of a bird is considered 3 monthly. The first step is in that being credible also friendship of a bird, to accustom her to a name. The name has to be simple in respect of pronunciation, this the first that in a consequence will be told by the pet. The cage has to be in the crowded place, in the room where all family gathers most often. At the initial stage of training the parrot can acquire only 5-7 words therefore it is impossible to load it with a big stream of various phrases.
