3. The essence of proteinaceous diet is that at every portion of food there has to be protein and the products supplementing it. 7. At proteinaceous diet recommend to include such products in the menu as: - light chicken meat without skin; - fish, seafood; - eggs; - fat-free or with the lowered fat content dairy products; - cheese in limited quantity; - soy; - crude nuts; - oat and buckwheat grain; - brown rice; - tomatoes, paprika, white cabbage, onions, garlic and also any greens.

8. And here sweet fruit, potatoes, corn, carrots, canned food and semi-finished products, red meat, carbonated drinks, pastries and sweets should be excluded from diet categorically.

9. Keeping to diet for breakfast it is possible to use the egg whites with spinach baked in oven – 6 pieces, porridge with cinnamon and apple – 3 tablespoons, tea or coffee without sugar. As having a snack cottage cheese – 200 g, boiled buckwheat – about 3 tablespoons or 150 g of steam chicken breast will approach. For lunch it is possible to make not starchy vegetables cream soup from 100 g of low-fat meat. For dinner steam cutlet or fish with haricot – 200 g will approach. Before going to bed it is possible to drink glass of the low-fat or fat-free kefir.

10. To exclude failures, it is possible to eat time in 10 days portion of favourite product even if it is not part of allowed. It is possible to keep to proteinaceous diet no more than 4 months, and then it is obligatory to take break for 2–3 months.
