Physical activities of the feeding mom. It is necessary to choose physical activities to the feeding mom, relying on the health, the course of childbirth, existence of seams after operation of Cesarean section or break-up and the recommendations of doctors which observed the woman in labor in maternity hospital. If the health allows, it is possible to carry out easy exercises on a press, extension of muscles. Pay attention to yoga, a Slavic zdrava, the Chinese technicians. 

Care for a breast of the nursing mother. Especially careful attitude is demanded by a breast. Here it is necessary to be limited to the round-the-clock wearing a comfortable bra from natural fabric. Any exercises are capable to do much harm more, than will make a breast tightened. The mammary glands increased due to formation of breast milk create unusual load of muscles and sheaves. It is better to leave exercises, rubdowns, massage for the period when breastfeeding is completed. 

Work-rest schedule of the feeding mom. Quicker to return to a form after the delivery, young mom should pay attention to a work-rest schedule. Household chores have property never to come to an end, and the child demands well rested and mom full of strength. Therefore you sleep when the kid sleeps, and carry out household chores when the child is fed, washed up, got enough sleep and can independently play.

Nothing terrible happens if the husband instead of refined viands receives fried eggs for dinner, and dust can be wiped not every day, and as required. The modern woman has good house assistants in the form of washing and dishwashers, food processors, multicookers, etc. Free time can be spent on a hobby or reading the book. 

It is proved that the sleep debt and stresses not only complicate processes of disposal of excess weight and and on the contrary, promote fat accumulation. Keep in mind that the Nature took care of that the female body could support without prejudice to itself the newborn child. This care caused a fat congestion in hips, buttocks, shoulders, on a stomach. Sometimes these stocks remain about a year more after the termination of a lactation, despite all efforts. If it is impossible to cope independently with a completeness problem later a long time after the delivery, it is an occasion to address the endocrinologist.
