3. In case of polycarpous pregnancy future mother has the right to go on maternity leave on the 28th week. Not 140 days, as in the first case, and 194 are allotted to the woman on rest (84 days before childbirth and 110 – after).

8. The women living on the territories with radiation, high rates of harm of the environment and also working with harmful chemicals can apply for earlier term of an exit during a maternity leave. It makes 160 days (90 days to and 70 after the delivery), and occurs on the 27th week.

9. Under the law the working women has the right to leave during a maternity leave a little later of the put term. For this purpose it is necessary to visit the observing doctor and in the absence of contraindications the rest can be delayed. After that. as the employee will decide to stop working, she should address repeatedly the doctor and to receive the sick note with entering of data into the card.

15. One more way of calculation of date of a maternity leave is use of the sick note. After the address to the doctor, the woman by results of analyses the pregnancy term is put. As a rule, money is paid on date of payment of salary, the next after the delivery (in 2-3 months after an exit in the decree). And the size of a grant cannot be less than the sum of the minimum wage. Payments have to be carried out from all workplaces in which the woman was suited officially.

17. The maternity leave is the important period in the woman's life. During it future mom prepares morally and physically for a meeting with the baby, learns to interact with it after its birth. Therefore you should not neglect this period, to come to work it is always possible to be in time.
