Winter frosty days on an outcome and the spring will come soon. Change of one season by another is reflected in mood and health not only of adults, but also children. Prepare the child for arrival of spring.
Instruction
1. Take care of presence of spring clothes and footwear at the child. During the winter some things could become small to it. Buy several sets for daily socks. For example, jeans things and comfortable boots perfectly will be suitable for walks in the park.
2. To avoid colds and spring avitaminosis give every day to the child vitamins. Provide to the kid healthy nutrition. In the daily menu except habitual products there have to be in prosperity fruit, vegetables, greens and juice. Cook compotes, fruit drinks and broth of a dogrose, these drinks will help to strengthen children's immunity.
3. Read verses and stories about spring with the child. Watch the interesting documentary about awakening of the nature. Learn the poem or several sayings on spring.
4. Make the birdhouse to an arrival of birds. Let the child take the most active part in production of a lodge for feathery friends.
5. Paint together with the kid a picture on a spring subject. Use for this purpose pencils, paints or felt-tip pens. Let the drawing will be bright and positive.
6. Tell the child the tale of twelve months and plan a joint campaign to the forest behind snowdrops. Only do not forget to take the camera.
7. Check technical condition of the children's bicycle and roller skates. As soon as snow descends, it will become warm and asphalt will dry out, the child by all means will want to spend all the free time on the street.
8. In March organize a celebration - "The First Day of Spring". Bake or buy ready cake, decorate a table fresh with flowers and lay a bright cloth. It is possible to break several branches of a willow in advance and to put in water that they by a holiday got out of hand. Sing cheerful children's songs, hold several ridiculous competitions.
