1. Error 100 – an unknown error.

2. Error 110 – a multiple input with the same UIN.
This error means that from your login the repeated entrance to network is registered. At the same time you could be logged in, for example, from phone, and forgot about it before connection from the computer. Check all possible options, and be connected in a few minutes.
3. Error 111 – the incorrect password, error 112 – nonexistent UIN. These are similar errors, meet in case of typos or incorrect introduction of the login and the password. Be attentive.
4. Error 114 – attempts are exhausted. This error is highlighted if you too often try to log in. Wait a pause before the following connection, everything should turn out.
5. Error 116 – offline the message cannot be processed.
This error appears in ICQ installed on the phone. On the Jimm program the restriction for adoption of very long messages is set. Therefore come into ICQ from the computer, read this message, leave the program, and then activate ICQ on the phone. After this ICQ on the phone it has to be connected without problems.
6. Error 118 – the server does not answer.
One of the most frequent errors. Appears when the ICQ server long time does not respond the program to the requests. To solve this problem, try to be connected via the proxy server.
7. Error 120 – occurred an input-output error.
This formulation means that your computer or phone has no Internet access. For bug fix check settings of network, correct them in case of incorrect values. If all settings are exposed truly, and the computer or phone connect to the Internet, then try to delete and reinstall the ICQ program again.
