Instruction
1. If the proxy server is directly at provider, call support desk and ask to tell you its IP address. Sometimes they are a little for different protocols - then learn the addresses of all such servers. Open an entry form of the addresses of proxy servers in the browser and enter them there. For example, in Opera: the O key - "Settings" - "General settings" - In the addition tab - the section "Network" - the Proxy servers button.
2. It is possible to use also services of the third-party proxy server. For this purpose learn its IP address and specify it in the browser by the way stated above. For example, the NetPolice service allows to filter the websites with the contents which are not intended for viewing by children. 3. The Opera browsers of new versions allow to work via the proxy server for data compression called Opera Turbo. It is located in Iceland. Somehow it is not required to configure the browser for work with it - to find in the lower left corner the button with the stylized image of a speedometer enough and to click it. Repeated clicking will transfer the browser to the normal mode. If near a speedometer the exclamation mark in a triangle is displayed, it means that service is at the moment unavailable, and data transmission is carried out usually. In operating time of Opera Turbo the applets of the Flash standard are replaced with their analogs in the form of the animated images of the GIF format, and in the absence of those - with gray circles with the Play button. 4. Connection to the Internet not directly, and via proxy servers, is provided in a number of third-party browsers for mobile phones, the most widespread of which are Opera Mini and UcWeb. Settings do not demand such browsers - they begin to work via proxy servers right after installation. Their use is expedient even in the presence of an unlimited rate for data transmission as the websites will be loaded much quicker.
5. Together with any browser as on the computer, and on the phone, it is possible to use the Google Wireless Transcoder and Skweezer proxy servers. 6. The proxy servers considered above are not anonymizing. They provide to owners of the websites information on your real IP address. Use of the anonymizing proxy servers is illegal, and will not protect from exposure all the same as by means of the System for Operative Investigative Activities (SOIA) it is all the same possible to define who is an author, for example, of offensive messages. Besides, having found the fact of use of the anonymizing proxy server even without evil intentions, the owner of the visited site can block you. Also use of any proxy servers which even are not anonymizing for a round of the filters of contents which are a part of corporate local area networks is not allowed.
7. The copy of contents of the website created on the proxy server is temporary and represents an integral part of data transfer process. For this reason, from the legislative point of view the creation of this copy is not playback and therefore does not violate someone's rights provided that contents are legally posted on the site visited by you.
