More and more people begin to use e-mail. An opportunity to create several accounts intended for the different purposes facilitates work with new messages. However when all mail should be aggregated or deleted one of boxes, there is a question: how to transfer e-mails?
Instruction
1. Use a special email client to transfer old e-mails from one e-mail to another. The Bat and Outlook are considered as the most widespread utilities. Their functions are similar, and the interface is intuitive.
2. Install one of programs on the computer and start it. Create a new e-mail where your messages will be copied. If you already have it, then just add the address to the field specially allotted for this purpose. Enter the login and the password to get access.
3. Open an old box where the necessary letters are stored in the program. Select them, using the Ctrl+A hot keys, and transfer to the new account. If you need to select only some, hold the Ctrl keys and click the mouse button on the necessary files. After letters are successfully copied, pass into a mailbox, using the browser, and check whether really they are delivered.
4. If you want to configure the mailbox on that it accepted new letters from other accounts and saved them at itself, you should perform some email box tunings in a mail service, using the browser.
5. Follow the direct reference specified at the end of article if your mailbox is registered on Yandex. On the picture it is shown on the right with what mail services the company cooperates. In the first field specify the address from which you want to receive letters, and in the second the password from this account. Click "Collect Letters" and follow instructions.
6. To import messages on mail from Google from other mail service, pass into the account of the mail and click the icon representing a gear. Select the Setup item, and then the Accounts and Import tab. On this tab you will see the link "Import Mail" - click it. In a window of presets add necessary information on the account from which you want to take away messages and click "Begin".
