It is required to you

  • - MS Outlook 2007/2010,
  • - access to old and new mailboxes.

Instruction

1. If you decided to pass to Gmail or Outlook - you were lucky! Come into settings and add an old mailbox through the special menu. After a while mail will be downloaded.

If is not present, then it is necessary to transfer mail via any email application, for example, of Outlook or The Bat. As the first program is more widespread, in further examples we will use it.

So, start Outlook and click "Further" 2 times.

2. Enter a name and the address of one of mailboxes. Most likely will be able to make all other Outlook settings.

But if Outlook could not define setup independently, find them the section "Help" of your mail service (links at the end of article).

3. Now it was necessary to connect the second mailbox. For this purpose come into "File" - "Setup of accounts" - "Add" - "Further". We connect a mailbox similarly also, as in a step 2.

4. Like transfer of the file from one folder in another, transfer all old mailbox to new. Be not surprised if Outlook strongly brakes - it normally, simply wait some time (possibly even several hours). Eventually all letters will be transferred to a new mailbox.
