- - quail egg — 6 pieces;
- - a long cucumber — a half;
- - fresh greens (beet leaves and an iceberg) — 200 g;
- - boiled fillet of a salmon — 1 piece.
Instruction
1. If you have a whole fish, then she needs to be prepared. Cut off the head, a tail, fins, remove an entrails, bones, clean off scales. Wash out fish in water and knife on a part.
2. Lay pieces of fillet of a salmon in a pan, fill in with water so that water level was above fish on 5 centimeters. You can add some seasoning on the taste. Slightly add some salt to water and let's it begin to boil. Boil within 7 minutes and switch off fire.
3. Pour olive oil, lemon juice in a bowl. Add pepper, salt, honey and accurately shake up all this a nimbus or two forks. Make mass homogeneous.
