Fish meatballs in a tomato - one of my favourite dishes. It isn't difficult to train them at all. And, above all, meatballs very tasty.

It is required to you

  • - 1.5 kg of a cod or other nonfat fish
  • - 1 big head of onions
  • - half glass of milk
  • - 2-3 eggs
  • - 1 glass of flour
  • - half glass of sunflower oil
  • - 1 teaspoon of a sprinkling pepper
  • - half of city roll
  • - salt to taste.
  • For sauce:
  • - 300 g of onions
  • - 300 g of carrots
  • - 1 kg of tomatoes
  • - the fourth part of a glass of sunflower oil
  • - 3-4 segments of garlic
  • - on 1 tablespoon of small cut greens of parsley and fennel
  • - 1.5 glasses of water
  • - salt and bell pepper to taste.

Instruction

1. Exempt the prepared fish trunk from bones, pass via the meat grinder together with the bread soaked in milk and onions.

2. Pepper, salt forcemeat to taste, break in it eggs and pour in the remained milk, it is good to vent, shake up a wooden spoon in magnificent weight, form meatballs size about small apple, roll in in flour and fry in oil to a ruddy color. Put in a pan, fill in with hot sauce, put on small fire, extinguish 15-20 minutes.

3. When cools down, to add the garlic pounded with salt, to lay out in a deep salad bowl and to fill up densely with small cut greens.

4. Preparation of sauce. Small cut onions and the carrots grated on a small grater to salt and fry in a frying pan in a large amount of oil to a ruddy color. Add the tomatoes which are passed via the meat grinder and to press everything to density, to add bell pepper and bay leaf. Dilute with hot water the condensed weight, bring to the boil, add if it is necessary, salt and to fill in with this sauce meatballs.
