  • - flour - 2 tablespoons;
  • - potatoes - 1 kg;
  • - a desi - 5 tablespoons;
  • - bread crumbs - 5 tablespoons;
  • - bay leaf - 2 pieces;
  • - pepper black peas - 10 pieces;
  • - vegetable oil for frying;
  • - hot water - 2-3 glasses.

Instruction
