The fruit salad of "Mix" can be prepared from the following ingredients (for 4 portions):

- tangerine — 2 pieces;

- a kiwi — 2 pieces;

- banana — 2 pieces;

- apple — 2 pieces;

- 150 ml of yogurt.

Peel bananas and cut with thin circles. Wash apples, cut in half, remove a core and cut into cubes. In the same way peel tangerines and a kiwi and cut.

The fruit salad with dried fruits and nuts prepared from the following ingredients will turn out useful and tasty (for 4 portions):

- apple — 2 pieces;

- banana — 1 piece;

- a lemon — ½ pieces;

- pear — 1 piece;

- dried apricots — 7-8 pieces;

- 50 g of raisin;

- 50 g of walnuts;

- 150 ml of yogurt.

Cut bananas with circles. Wash pears and apples, cut in half, remove a core and cut into cubes average size. Lay out these prepared fruit in a salad bowl.

Wash out dried apricots and raisin. Send raisin to a salad bowl to fruit, and cut dried apricots with small slices. Walnuts need to be split, and then to crush kernels in a mortar. Lay out in a salad bowl.
