So a bifidus bacteria will easily develop in the warm environment. And your yogurt will prepare quicker and more qualitatively.

3. For preparation of home-made drinking yogurt it is possible to buy a special bifidus bacteria in pharmacy. But we can just buy yogurt in which content there have to be bifidus bacteria too in any shop. Of course, and yogurt needs to be taken fresh.

4. In a half-liter can we pour the made milk and we add yogurt. Carefully we mix and we close to bank a kapron cover. We turn to bank with this structure a warm towel and we put to the warm place for day.

5. If you prepared a product in the morning, then your drinking yogurt will be ready for the next morning. To taste it is possible to add sugar, berries or fruit.
