It is very simple and tasty children's recipe for preparation in the multicooker. At the same time you will be able to make stewed vegetables both very simple and at the same time tasty meatballs for the kid. Such dish will also be suitable for fans of dietary kitchen.

It is required to you

  • - young squash;
  • - carrots;
  • - onions;
  • - olive oil;
  • - white loaf;
  • - milk;
  • - forcemeat from mix of beef and pork;
  • - salt.

Instruction

1. We crumble white loaf, we presoak it in a small amount of milk.

2. We clean and small we cut onions. We wash, we clean and we cut into cubes a squash. We grate the washed-up carrots.

3. We put the cut squash, polished carrots, a half of onions in a multicooker bowl. We add olive oil, salt and well we mix. If desired it is possible to use not a squash, but a cauliflower and/or broccoli.

4. In ware for the blender we put the wetted bread, forcemeat and the remained onions. We add a little milk and we salt.

5. We crush all ingredients to homogeneous mass. Instead of the blender it is possible to use the meat grinder. However the blender is more preferable to children's dishes - meatballs turn out more homogeneous and gentle.

6. With use of a spoon wet hands we form meatballs of the necessary size and we spread them on a lattice on preparations on couple. We put a lattice in the multicooker over vegetables.

7. We choose the program soup suppression for 1 hour. We prepare before the termination of the program at the closed multicooker cover. The tasty useful lunch for the kid is ready.
