How to make blackcurrant jam jelly

Fruit jelly – a light dessert which is adored by kids and adults. It tasty and at the same time extraordinary useful. Jelly can be cooked in different ways and a different look (dairy, coffee, multilayered, multi-colored, with fruit).

It is required to you

  • - 2 tablespoons of gelatin;
  • - 4 tablespoons of the wiped blackcurrant jam;
  • - 2 glasses (200 ml) of the warm filtered water.

Instruction

1. Today we will cook blackcurrant jam jelly. For a start we strew silicone molds with icing sugar.

2. We pour out gelatin in deep capacity, we fill in with the warm, but not hot, filtered water and we leave about half an hour for swelling.

3. After this time we put the inflated gelatin on small fire, we bring to the boil, constantly stirring slowly with a spoon. Completely dissolved gelatin we put aside and we add to it in the small portions currant jam.

4. It is carefully stirred, we filter through a sieve and we spill in silicone molds. We put molds with jelly in the fridge at several o'clock. Through a certain period we get jelly, we spread on a plate and all family we enjoy saturated taste of jelly from blackcurrant.
