It is required to you

  • – cocoa – 8-10 tablespoons.
  • – a desi - 100 g
  • – sugar – 300 g
  • – flour - 100 g
  • – milk - 0.5 glasses
  • – vanilla sugar – 2 g
  • – ground nuts to taste and desire

Instruction

1. We mix sugar with cocoa.

2. We add a little milk and we stir to homogeneous mass. Then we pour in other milk. We put a pan on average fire and we bring to the boil, continuously stirring slowly.

3. After cocoa begins to boil, we add a desi, we reduce fire to a minimum and we bring again to the boil.

4. Further we remove a pan from fire and through a small strainer we add flour. When it completely is dissolved, again we bring to the boil. We remove from fire and we cool a little. We will add vanilla sugar and properly we will mix.

5. At will you can add any crushed nuts to chocolate.

6. We spill chocolate on molds for ice, previously having greased them with a desi or on silicone molds (they shouldn't be greased).
