1. Make the most widespread white sauce. For its preparation fry a flour spoon in a desi till yellow color. Take broth and slowly pour in it in a frying pan with flour. Gradually heat until gravy gains the necessary density. Carefully stir that lumps weren't formed. Add some spice and spice. At will add small cut onions and grated carrots.

2. Try to make gravy in a different way. If after cooking of meat in an oven on a pallet there was a lot of a melted liquid and fat, then it is possible to use it for a gravy basis. 4. It is possible to cook gravy in one frying pan with meatballs at once. For this purpose in 15 minutes of the Leningrad Region of readiness of meatballs stir a quarter of a glass of flour in cold water to consistence of sour cream, add spices and greens. Add three spoons of sour cream and mix everything. Add sauce to meatballs and you extinguish on slow fire of 15 minutes at the closed cover.
