  • 2 sweet apples;
  • 8-10 pieces of a kiwi;
  • 200 g of sugar;
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.

Preparation:

My kiwi, we peel and we cut in small cubes. We wash apples, we delete sunflower seeds and a core then also we cut in small cubes. We spread the cut fruit in capacity for cooking, we add lemon juice and we put to cook on slow fire. When fruit emit juice, we pour out granulated sugar in a pan and it is carefully mixed. When jam begins to boil, and ingredients will become soft – we remove ware from fire. We spill hot delicacy on the sterilized banks and we close covers.

If we connect a kiwi to apricots, then we will receive incredibly tasty and fragrant "summer" jam.

Necessary ingredients:

  • 1 kg of a kiwi;
  • 1 kg of apricots;
  • 2 kg of sugar;
  • 1 packing of gelatin;
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice;
  • 150 ml of brandy.

Preparation:

We wash out a kiwi under water, we rind with it and we cut small pieces. We wash apricots, we delete from them stones and we cut in accurate segments or cubes. We take a pan for cooking and we spread the crushed fruit there. We add fresh lemon juice, we mix contents and we place on average fire. When fruit mix begins to boil, we diminish force of heating of a ring and we cook the mass of 10 minutes.

We dissolve gelatin in water, we add it to a pan to fruit and we weary jam of 10 more minutes, continuously stirring slowly with a wooden spoon or a scapula. We remove ready delicacy from a kiwi and apricots from fire, we cool and we add to it some brandy.

  • 1 glass of sugar;
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice;
  • 1 red apple.

Preparation:

Kiwi we wash a baking plate with warm water and we husk with them. We cut the peeled fruit in cubes of the small size. We wash apple, we clean from all rigid and inedible components (peels, a core and sunflower seeds) then we cut it in small segments or cubes.

We pour out the prepared ingredients for future jam in a multicooker bowl, we add sugar and juice of a lemon, having carefully mixed all contents. We leave fruit to infuse for 10-15 minutes that they started up juice. We turn on the multicooker in the Cooking mode, having installed the timer for 15 minutes. When jam is ready, it can be spilled on banks at once or to give to a chilled table.
