    • Gravy from cepes:
    • 2 kg of cepes;

    • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
    • 1 tablespoon of flour;
    • 2 tablespoons of sour cream;
    • 100 ml of cream;
    • salt
    • spices and greens to taste.

    • 1 large bulb;
    • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
    • 1 tablespoon of flour;
    • 1 glass of mushroom or meat soup;
    • 2 tablespoons of sour cream;
    • salt
    • spices and greens to taste.

Instruction
