Flour

Eggs

Sugar

Sugar is an integral part of rich pastries. Sometimes its quantity in the test and a stuffing exceeds all imaginable norms. And, as we know, the more in structure, the caloric content of a ready-made product is higher than some sugar. For decrease in caloric content sugar is recommended to be replaced with honey or jam. If similar is impossible, the amount of sugar needs to be reduced.

Oil is often used for preparation both the test, and various stuffings for fancy bread. It is impossible to call oil in itself very useful product because of the high content of animal fats which adversely influence work of a liver. Also oil increases cholesterol level in blood and caloric content at it not small about 600 kcal / 100. Those who cares for the figure are recommended to replace a desi with sour cream or fat kefir, and for a stuffing, instead of oil, to use the apples or bananas ground in puree.
