Eggplants according to this recipe can be used both as snack and as an independent dish.

It is required to you

  • - 8 eggplants;
  • - 200 g of rice;
  • - 200 g of smoked chicken brisket;
  • - 1 tablespoons of bread crumbs;
  • - 2 eggs;
  • - 1 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • - 3 garlic gloves;
  • - 1 tomato;
  • - greens of parsley and fennel, lettuce leaves, thyme, salt, ground black pepper.

Instruction

1. Eggplants cut and remove the middle. Then to cook in the added some salt water of 10-15 minutes, won't become soft yet. Pull out and cool.

2. Cook rice, mix from small cut smoked chicken brisket, add grated garlic, parsley, a thyme, pepper, salt. Weld and grate eggs on a small grater. Roast the taken-out pulp of eggplants on vegetable oil and add to rice.

3. Fill halves of eggplants with a stuffing, to strew from above with grated egg and bread crumbs and to put in an oven for baking at 150 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

4. Decorate a dish with greens of parsley, fennel, tomatoes and lettuce leaves.
