To observe healthy nutrition, it is necessary to conform to the simple rules:

1. Exclude fat, excessively spicy and sweet food from a diet.

2. The harmful products bearing empty calories alone are required to be replaced with more useful. For example, it is necessary to refuse milk chocolate in favor of bitter, with the high content of cocoa. And instead of sweeties to use fresh fruit which besides sugar contain necessary vitamins. Bananas and grapes can only become an exception, you shouldn't use them in a large number.

3. To daily drink not less than two pure liters, apart from other drinks (coffee, tea, juice and other liquids).

4. It is necessary to cook food by roasting, suppression and steam treatment. It is recommended to fry nothing as all nutritive matters and useful properties at this way of preparation are lost.

5. And alcoholic feasts it is better to replace carbonated drinks, having a snack in the form of fast food with a full-fledged healthy sleep, foot walks and light physical exercises.
