Instruction

1. To pickle pork, mix two thirds of a glass of a soy-bean sauce, a third of a glass of sugar, as much waters and a quarter of a glass of wine vinegar. Clean and crush three garlic gloves. Rub a fresh root of ginger on a small grater, you will need two teaspoons of this spice. Add garlic and grated ginger to marinade, there pour in a tablespoon of vegetable oil. Pickle pork within five hours in the prepared mix.

2. If you want to receive the pickled meat in two hours, it will be required to you half-bottles of red wine. Add three tablespoons of any vinegar and three cloves of the crushed garlic to wine. Cut flank steaks eight hundred grams of pork, salt, pepper meat and lay out it in marinade. Add couple of bunches of any chopped greens and spice to taste. Sustain a shish kebab in marinade within two hours.

3. Quite simple marinade for pork shish kebab. For this marinade it will be required to cut rings four average bulbs, to cut meat flank steaks and to mix with onions. Add a sprinkling pepper and bay leaf to mix. In a glass of water dissolve a salt teaspoon, a half of a teaspoon of sugar, add a glass of vinegar.
