Instruction

1. To bake a sturgeon, take one large carcass, drench with boiled water and clean from scales. If they badly act, scald a sturgeon once again. Then remove an entrails, wash out fish under cold water and rub off. Let's dry up a little. Rub a carcass with salt, a black and white pepper. Strew with a small amount of a thyme and dried parsley, but don't go too far that spicery didn't kill taste of fish.

2. Pour over a sturgeon juice of one lemon from within and outside and oil by means of a brush vegetable. Pick up the deep baking tray suitable by the size, lay it the foil put in two layers and oiled vegetable, and then lay out a sturgeon.

Shift fish to the big baking tray oiled vegetable and send to an oven for one hour at a temperature of 200 wasps. From a ready sturgeon remove a thread and shift to a dish. Decorate at discretion.
