Bilberry smoothie treats some of the most useful drinks, bilberry contains the mass of vitamins and well affects sight. That is why it especially should be prepared for children whose growing organism needs a large amount of nutrients. At the same time adults on advantage will estimate such drink, especially if its tax with ice at hot weather or as a light and nutritious breakfast.
It is required to you
- - Is fresher than 350 g or the frozen bilberry;
- - 1 tablespoon of oat flakes;
- - 350 ml of a natural yoghourt or milk;
- - 1 tablespoon of linen flour;
- - 1 h honey spoon;
- - ice to taste;
- - fresh berries of bilberry for ornament.
1. Put fresh berries of bilberry in a colander, rinse a baking plate flowing water and leave for some time that they flew down, otherwise excess moisture will spoil taste of drink. If you use the frozen bilberry, put it in the blender in 15 minutes prior to preparation at once – so it will a little be defrozen.
2. Add to bilberry oat flakes, linen flour which will give to drink pleasant viscosity and will make it even more useful, honey and a little chipped ice if necessary. Properly shake up everything, add a natural unsweetened yoghourt or milk, once again shake up. Leave for a couple of minutes that oat flakes inflated a little.
3. Again shake up drink and pour bilberry smoothie on glasses. Decorate with fresh berries of bilberry or blueberry and also leaves of fresh mint. Right there give to a table.
4. If you want to serve smoothie by a breakfast, add to it a small amount of corn flakes. They can be mixed with bilberry smoothie directly in a cup or just to decorate with in advance crushed flakes a glass with this drink.
