  • - parsley greens, salt, peppercorn.

Instruction

1. We wash out ventricles and we soak them in cold water within 2 - 3 hours. We cut carrots straws, onions half rings.

2. After that we spread ventricles in a pot, we add bay leaf, a parsley root, the prepared carrots and onions. We fill in all this with mix of sour cream and the kindled butter.

3. Densely we close a pot a cover and we put a pot in the oven which is previously moderately warmed. The dish is extinguished within 3 - 4 hours on weak fire. In 1 hour until ready we add salt and pepper. When giving on a table we spread ventricles in plates and we decorate with chopped greens.
