It is very simple and rather fast recipe for a nice family dinner. It is good to serve pork tenderloin with mashed potatoes or boiled rice.
It is required to you
- - ½ kg of pork tenderloin,
- - 2 tablespoons of paprika sweet,
- - 1 bulb,
- - 3 garlic gloves,
- - 400 g of tomatoes in own juice,
- - 400 g of champignons,
- - thyme,
- - 100 ml of chicken broth,
- - sour cream,
- - pepper and salt to taste.
Instruction
1. Cut mushrooms on small pieces. Chop onions small.
2. Cut meat on small cubes and put in a bowl. Add pepper, salt and 1 tablespoon of paprika. Mix everything.
3. Fry meat in 2 calling on big fire, periodically stirring slowly, to a brown crust, about 3-5 minutes on 1 party.
4. Then shift meat to a plate.
5. Add 1 tablespoons of sunflower oil to a stewpan. Throw mushrooms there and fry till golden color, about 5-7 minutes. Later move away them on a plate.
6. Put onions in a frying pan and fry, often stirring slowly, to a transparent state about 3 minutes. Then add garlic, a thyme and 1 more tablespoon of paprika and fry 2 more minutes.
7. Add to a stewpan a spoon the tomatoes crushed together with juice and chicken broth. Bring to the boil and a uvarita on big fire within 5-8 minutes.
8. Return meat and mushrooms in a stewpan. Reduce fire and you extinguish within 8 minutes, to softness of meat.
9. Switch off fire and add sour cream to a stewpan.
