Potatoes – one of favourite products on a table. It is a universal garnish to many a dish. It is possible not only to enjoy the baked potatoes in everyday life, but also to decorate with it a holiday table.
It is required to you
- Potatoes – 10-12 pieces,
- Vegetable oil – 70 гр.,
- Chili powder – ½ teaspoons,
- Black sprinkling pepper – ¼ teaspoons,
- Salt – 2/3 teaspoons
Instruction
1. Clean, wash potatoes with water, cut lengthways circles 0.7-1 cm thick. Fill in with cold water and leave for 1 hour that there was an excess starch.
2. Prior to preparation to include an oven by 200 degrees that by the time of the beginning of roasting it well got warm.
3. Pour vegetable oil in a deep bowl, add there a red and black pepper, salt, to mix. Deliver potatoes from water, shake off excess moisture, put in a bowl with oil, it is good to mix.
4. Lay out potato circles on a baking tray in 1 layer, sprinkle from above the remained oil. Put potatoes in an oven and bake at a temperature of 200 degrees before formation of a golden crust of 30-40 minutes. It isn't necessary to overturn potato circles.
