Fresh salad with cheese of a fetaks

Ingredients:

- 200 g of a fetaksa; - 400 g of tomatoes;

- 200 g of cucumbers; - 250 g of paprikas; - 1 violet bulb; - 150 g of olives; - 100 ml of olive oil; - 50 ml of juice of a lemon; - 25 ml of light wine vinegar; - 1/3 tsps of ground white pepper; - 1/2 tsps of salt.

Cut cheese into cubes, tomatoes and cucumbers – halves of circles, the paprikas cleaned from seeds – straws, olives – cross ringlets. Clean a bulb and chop thin half rings. Mix in a small bowl olive oil with lemon juice, vinegar, pepper and salt. Spread out vegetable cutting on portion plates, strew fetaksy, olives and water with fragrant sauce.

Caesar salad with cheese of a fetaks

Ingredients: - 200 g of a fetaksa; - 200 g of white chicken fillet; - 4 slices of white long loaf; - 400 g of a lettuce; - 6 cherry tomatoes; - 2 segments of garlic; - 100 ml of olive oil + 50 ml for frying; - 2 chicken yolks; - 50 ml of juice of a lemon; - 2 tsps of mustard; - 1/3 tsps of a fragrant sprinkling pepper; - 3/4 tsps of salt. Pour a spoon of olive oil in heat resisting ware and warm on strong fire. Cut off a crust from long loaf and cut it on pieces of the necessary size. Slightly press down garlic segment a knife, fry thoroughly it in oil and you will throw out. Fry bread to a crunch and a golden shade. Separate a thin skin from chicken fillet, cut it on bars or strips and prepare in a frying pan, having added to it oil. Shake up yolks with mustard and the grated remained garlic, pour in olive oil, lemon juice, pour pepper and salt. Cut an eggplant and paprika on any pieces, fill with them a form for roasting, sprinkle olive oil and a few prisolita. Put vegetables in the oven warmed to 220oC for 15 minutes. Slightly warm up honey, vent it with mustard, vegetable oil and 1/2 tsps of salt. Connect in a salad bowl from thick glass baked to a cell with slices of tomatoes, fetaksa cubes, fill and accurately mix two wooden spoons.
