1. Under the name "hydrogenated oil" on the label trans-fats can disappear. Often semi-finished products contain phosphates (diphosphates, pyrophosphates, triphosphates, polyphosphates or food supplements of E450, E451.E452) connecting excessive water which is contained by the inflated soy protein.

2. Flavor enhancers - glutamic acid (E620) and its salts - glutamates (E621) strengthen gustatory senses and even cause accustoming to the food supporting them.

3. Existence of these components in the list of ingredients says that before you the product of poor quality which doesn't have relations to homemade food. As raw materials for production of semi-finished products often serve ingredients which you would never allow on the kitchen. Producers buy up on slaughterhouses and poultry farms forcemeat which is milled together with pinbones, sick fabrics, an entrails and rotten meat, adding the amplifier of color for giving of a healthy shade. Add to it not always the correct storage of the frozen products in shops and think that finally gets on your table.

Low-quality meat, excess of fat because of addition of an offal at best can cause poisoning and intestinal infections, in the worst - provoke developing of warmly vascular diseases and increase in probability of appearance of malignant tumors. 5. It is dangerous to give the products containing a large amount of gene-modified soy to children and teenagers: the artificial product interferes with work of sex hormones. And the modified starch which is often mentioned in structure isn't digested completely at all, causing functional disorders of intestines.
