The tasty and simple salad made from carrots and paprika will become excellent addition in your daily menu and also will allow to enjoy all winter taste of fragrant vegetables in spicy marinade.

It is required to you

  • – paprika of different flowers (650 g);
  • – fresh carrots (340 g);
  • – fresh onions (3-4 pieces);
  • – green tomatoes (4 pieces);
  • – vegetable oil (80 ml);
  • – vinegar of 6% (70 ml);
  • – granulated sugar (1.5 tsps);
  • – salt (1 tablespoon);
  • – black sprinkling pepper to taste.

Instruction

1. At first it is necessary to make all vegetables in advance. For this purpose take pepper, carefully wash a baking plate with flowing water, remove visible contaminations. Cut off a sharp knife a fruit stem and pull out all seeds. Remove white streaks in pepper. Crush vegetable in the form of thin strips.

2. The onions should be washed up, cleaned also from the top peel and to cut strips. Shift onions in a separate cup. Further take tomatoes, wash, and then crush cubes. After that add tomatoes to onions. Carrots can be grated for the Korean carrots or to cut just small.

3. Put a deep and capacious pan on a ring. Add all prepared vegetables then salt and pepper to taste. Cook mixed vegetables on a plate about 10-15 minutes. Then pour out necessary amount of vegetable oil. Don't forget to stir vegetables periodically.

4. The next stage – addition of vinegar. You watch that evaporations from a sting didn't get into the upper airways. For this purpose it is better to hold the person far away from a pan. Extinguish preparation about 15 more minutes.

5. Put fat in in advance prepared banks, cover with sterile covers. Pour hot water into a separate pan, put on a plate. Sterilize banks in this pan not less than 10-12 minutes.
