Snack from leek

Whether you sometime tasted the stuffed leek? Such green ""brevnyshka"" with a stuffing look on any table perfectly! Universal snack both for feasts, and for daily occurrence.

It is required to you

  • - 250 g of pork;
  • - 50 g of salted pork fat;
  • - 1 leek;
  • - 1 tomato;
  • - 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • - parsley, salt, pepper, chili pepper, a turmeric, seasoning for forcemeat.

Instruction

1. Wash out leek, dry, cut off a green part. And cut a stalk with pieces 5-7 centimeters long. Further divide a stalk into two-layer tubules. Small chop the part which remained from a stalk and fry. Wash out fresh parsley, shake water, small chop.

2. Cut with pieces meat, fat too. Then miss fat together with meat via the meat grinder. Pork will approach better as it is more juicy. Add salt, pepper, spices to forcemeat to taste. Add parsley, the cooled-down fried leek, mix. Best of all spices will be suitable for this forcemeat: a turmeric, chili pepper, seasoning for forcemeat universal. But it is possible to take also basilicas, an oregano.

3. Fill with the turned-out forcemeat tubules from leek. Fry in a frying pan from two parties, then add a little water, you extinguish within 10 minutes. Shift snack to a plate, put in the microwave oven and bring to full readiness (about 3-4 minutes).

4. Snack from leek is ready, decorate it with segments of fresh tomatoes and branches of parsley or fennel. Give as snack though thanks to presence at a mincemeat dish, it is possible to give also as second course for lunch or a dinner.
