It is required to you

  • - squash or zucchini — 1.5 kg;
  • - garlic of-5 cloves;
  • - vegetable oil – 0.5 glasses;
  • - fennel fresh - 1 big bunch;
  • - sugar of-3 tablespoons;
  • - vinegar (9%) - 0.5 glasses;
  • - salt — 1 tablespoon;
  • - a black sprinkling pepper - 0.5 tablespoons.

Instruction

1. Wash and clean squash, slice their large so that pieces by the form reminded the cut milk mushrooms. It is better to use young squash with a strong core, but if a core in vegetables friable, then remove it, otherwise you won't manage to reach effect of marinated mushrooms.

2. Cut fennel, clean garlic and cut on pieces. Add garlic and fennel to squash, season all with sugar salt and spices, add oil and vinegar and leave everything to be pickled for three hours at the room temperature.

3. Spread out the kept waiting squash in the prepared in advance sterile banks, cover with sterile covers and put cups in a big pan with warm water on which bottom the kitchen towel is laid. Water in a pan has to reach a coat hanger of cans. Sterilize the jars about 6 minutes from the moment of water boiling.

4. Roll up banks, turn them a neck down. It isn't necessary to wrap up banks. Leave banks before full cooling then remove to the cool place.
