It is required to you

  • - flour - 3 glasses;
  • - cheese of firm grades - 200 g;
  • - roquefort cheese - 100 g;
  • - cottage cheese - 200 g;
  • - sour cream - 200 g;
  • - fennel greens - 30 g;
  • - a lemon - 1 piece;
  • - a desi - 200 g;
  • - eggs - 3 pieces;
  • - semolina - 1 tablespoon.


1. Doughing. Sift flour. Mix it with the softened desi, have to it will turn out crumbs. Salt sour cream and add to flour. Knead dough and put in the fridge for 10-15 minutes.

2. Preparation of a stuffing. Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat whites to a condition of a stable foam, add couple of drops of lemon juice. Mash roquefort cheese a fork, rub a hard cheese on a grater. Small cut fennel. Mix cheeses and fennel.

3. Shake up yolks with cottage cheese, add cheese mix and semolina. At the end add protein whips and well mix. The stuffing cream is ready.

4. Dough roll with thickness about 0.5 cm. Cut out a glass circles (by the size corresponding to molds for tartlets). Grease molds with a desi and spread out in them test circles. Press dough to walls of molds.
