Instruction

1. Originally prepare meat, wash out a piece in flowing water. Lower beef in a pan with water, you cook on weak heating. Preparation time of a product depends on its state. Young meat is cooked within 40 minutes. Cool a ready piece of beef and cut in the form of straws.

2. Wash out eggplants, pepper, carrots and onions in warm water. On a convenient cutting board cut eggplants thin bars. Put cutting in deep capacity, salt and leave for 30 minutes. Further wash out vegetables, well squeeze out pieces.

3. Exempt clean paprika from seeds and partitions. Cut with straws. Grate carrots. Clean onions, then crumble randomly, better into small pieces. Exempt segments of garlic from a peel, crush the flat party of a knife, small crumble.
