Instruction

1. Knead flour, salt, water dough and a baking powder. Dough will turn out as on dumplings, leave it for 15 minutes, having covered with a towel. While dough has a rest, you can undertake preparation of a stuffing.

2. Put chick-pea together with the peeled garlic and cumin in a blender bowl, pour in a spoon of water and crush to a condition of puree. As a stuffing you can use also mashed potatoes, but too with addition of garlic and cumin.

3. From the ready test pinch off a piece size about small tangerine, slightly flatten out it, put from above 1 full teaspoon of a stuffing. Around a stuffing you zashchipnit dough as pie, pull together a seam so that Kolobok from the test turned out - the stuffing will appear inside. Leave Kolobok on the table powdered with flour a seam down for 5-10 minutes.

4. Stretch Kolobok hands in flat cake with a diameter of 20 cm. Dough pliable - you will easily make it. Only don't put crude flat cakes a pile - they will stick together!

5. Cook flat cakes in a hot frying pan with teflon coating without oil addition. When one party is reddened, turn flat cake, miss the mark the ready party with a thin layer of vegetable oil, and so with each ready party.
