Often such recommendations are too unambiguous, persistent, and each organism has nuances. Here, for example, the average necessary volume of water for the person in day is defined as 30-40 ml on kilogram of body weight, but a key indicator of need to drink – thirst. Just listen to own organism and don't go into extremes.
