1. Even the best heat-resistant structures acquired in shops can not save from emergence of new cracks. All it is not the material used for puttying of cracks, and in way which it becomes. One of the reasons of emergence of cracks right after putty dries, is too hasty performance of work without observance of some rules.
2. Heat the furnace before beginning work. Wet cracks water, otherwise the laying will take away in itself all liquid from solution, and it will not be able to gain good durability. You do not hurry to light immediately after completion of work the stove – at first it is necessary to wait until putty completely dries. At attentive observance of these rules the new cracks will appear at a distant day or will not arise in general.
3. Consult to the seller in hardware store – will prompt to you what mix it is better to use. If exterior of the furnace is essentially not important for you, for example, when it comes to giving, it is possible to use even natural materials. The most known putty for the furnace according to the national recipe is solution from mix of clay and sand. There it is possible to add lime or asbestos, and some national handymen add salt. But it is better to use classical composition of putty.
4. Wet clay in warm water approximately for twelve hours. After soaking mix it hands or shovel – depending on the preparing volume. Lumps should be kneaded properly then add sand to clay and mix solution to homogeneous mass. Dense sour cream has to have its consistence as. Cover the prepared solution with polyethylene and take in container about half-day.
5. When mix infuses, mix it again. To check quality of putty, roll from its piece in palm – if it cracks, liquid should be added. It is possible to cover the furnace just with hands – solution from natural components will not do to skin harm. If you use mix of factory production, it is possible to put on glove hand then perform the same operations. Slightly heat the furnace. Moisten cracks with water, small lump of solution push a few slot and smear the rest on surface. If all stages of works are completed correctly, it is possible to forget about cracks for a long time.
